At LSI, our people set us apart. We’ve built an unmatched team of experts who are passionate about supporting life-enhancing cardiopulmonary care. As the needs of cardiopulmonary rehab programs become more sophisticated, we quickly adapt to meet those needs while maintaining close relationships with our customers.
Today, we’d like to take a moment to introduce our regional directors.
The Role of the Regional Director
Our regional model will fulfill our commitment to providing dedicated, personal attention to each customer. From the start, LSI’s Regional Directors support our customers through implementation, on-site training and consultative guidance.
Our Regional Directors will work with each program to customize patient monitoring systems and establish best practices, based on each program’s unique needs. Setting up your LSI system is only the start. As part of our ongoing commitment to your program, each rehab will be assigned a regional Clinical Specialist to assist with everything from customizing ITPs to eliminating redundant paperwork.
Fitting into our company-wide vision, our regional teams advocate for and defend the long-term vitality of cardiopulmonary care. We strive to build and maintain relationships with cardiopulmonary programs across the country, even programs that are not our customers. We also attend regional and national conferences and provide resources about the latest developments in our industry.
Meet our Regional Directors
TRUIE BENNINGER
Truie, our Regional Director for the North, joined LSI after working in cardiac and pulmonary rehab at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA for twelve years. She has been part of the AACVPR Program Certification committee and passed the very first offering of the CCRP exam.
Truie explains the value of the experience we bring to our customers: “LSI clinical specialists have years of experience working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabs. We understand the day-to-day needs of a rehab and can help our customers utilize the LSI system to meet those needs.”

CHAD RATEIKE
Chad, our Regional Director for the Midwest, joined LSI in 2009 after working in the preventative cardiology department at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Stoughton Hospital for thirteen years. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Society for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Health & Rehabilitation (WISCPHR).
Chad describes what is unique about LSI: “Prior to working with LSI, I was a former LSI customer from 2007-2009. LSI is unique because we establish relationships with our customers for lifetime-ownership, as opposed to just selling them a system.”

ASH WALKER
Ash, our Regional Director for the South, joins us from Southeastern Health in Lumberton, NC where he served as Manager of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. He has nearly two decades of experience in the industry. He is a past president of the North Carolina Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Association (NCCRA) and past AACVPR Board of Directors member. He has also served as committee chair for the Advocacy and Membership Committees with the Clinical Exercise Physiology Association (CEPA).
Ash explains why he joined our team: “I have a passion for helping others, and being part of the LSI team affords me that blessing every day. Our team is made up of people who have worked in the cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation field, so we understand the needs of our customers. As a previous LSI customer, I can attest to the value they placed on the relationship with my program before, during, and after our system was purchased.”
