MIKE OTTE SCHOLARSHIP
In memory of Mike Otte’s tireless commitment to the cardiopulmonary rehab industry, each year LSI awards one recipient with full accommodations, registration and travel to the Annual AACVPR Meeting (September 13 – 15, 2023 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin). Applications must be submitted by June 1 and the winner (selected by the AACVPR) will be announced in August. Apply today using the form provided.
DAY ON THE HILL SCHOLARSHIP
Created for industry leaders to further advocacy efforts, each year one recipient is awarded full accommodations, registration and travel to AACVPR’s Day on the Hill. The 2024 DOTH dates have not been posted at this time. Applications must be submitted by February 1, 2024 and the winner will be announced in February. Apply today using the form provided.
AACVPR SCHOLARSHIPS
As part of our commitment to providing resources to cardiac and pulmonary providers, LSI awards a one year’s membership to AACVPR at each state affiliate conference. Applicants must apply in person at their state conference.
